EPISODE 18: Cravate counter into Wristlock
In all my years of picking the brains of some of the very best in-ring technicians, I haven’t come across many fancy options for escaping a Cravate. Sure, there are a few basic, yet uneventful, ways out. However they mostly seem to have you ending up in a neutral position with your opponent.
This variation not only gets you out of a Cravate, but it puts you in control of your opponent’s wrist on the tail-end of it. To the naked eye it may seem like some Copperfield sorcery but that’s the beauty of the technical game!
