How to use:
☑️ Release the adjustable lever and select the appropriate training resistance by adjusting the weight unit handle.
☑️ Make sure that the sliding weight is locked.
☑️ Take a seated position with your back fully supported. Engage the wheel locks and grip the handles firmly.
☑️ Place your chest firmly against the pad.
☑️ Pull the handles to chin height and return slowly.
☑️ After the last rep, slowly return the handles to the starting position.
