Recipe:
Prepare the Glass: Take a tall glass (Collins Glass) and fill it halfway with crushed ice.
Add 25ml of Thandai Syrup into the glass.
Pour 50ml of Dark Rum.
Add 50ml of Infused Milk or Plain Milk.
Stir the mixture well to blend the flavors.
Top up the glass with more crushed ice.
Pour additional milk to fill the glass.
Garnish with grated Nutmeg and a few dried rose petals.
Bonus Tip: Infused Milk
For infused milk, boil regular milk with 1 tbsp dried rose petals, a few strands of saffron, and 1 pod of cardamom for 10-15 minutes.
Let it cool to room temperature before using it in the cocktail.
