Ambassador Pamela Hamamoto, U.S. Representative to the United Nations in Geneva traveled to Tanzania in July 2016 to visit the Nyarugusu, Mtendeli and Nduta camps operated by UNHCR. In this video she describes the experience of learning first-hand from refugees about the challenges they face, and witnessing the magnitude and complexity of the international response to their needs.
