The Confederation of African Football has held its extraordinary General Assembly in Cairo. The meeting was to elect Africa's two extra seats on the FIFA council. FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, was present throughout the entire vote. He's stressed that Africa deserves increased representation in FIFA. Here is Adel EL Mahrouky with more.
