In this Video we will explore two handy Budokon transitions - Hands and Knee Switches.
1. Tip for Hand Switches - protract your shoulders (Cobra Hood) and lean forward pressing fingers against the floor
2. Tips for Knee Switches - the moment one knee goes down opposite heel goes in and vice versa, when switching, the heel goes out then opposite knee goes up! (Get it?!? lol)
