Cancer patients in Mpumalanga will no longer have to travel to Gauteng hospitals for specialised care. The provincial Health Department is expected to open an oncology unit at Rob Ferreira Hospital in Mbombela. During her budget speech, Health MEC Sasekani Manzini announced that they would be procuring other services for the hospital too.
