David Ramil will be the first to tell you that timing is everything. The service disabled veteran and president of Pivotal Adaptive Services learned that firsthand at California Capital’s Small Business Working Group seminar on conducting business with regulated water companies. His elevator pitch about making a global impact with his business caught the attention of California American Water’s Director of Business Performance & Supplier Diversity, and the foundation for a strong business relationship was built.
With guidance from California Capital’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), Pivotal Adaptive Services went on to secure a three year Master Service Agreement (MSA) contract with California American Water, and was selected to participate in their 2019/2020 Mentor Protégé program.
David is looking forward to continued growth thanks to Pivotal Adaptive’s work with California Capital.
