Headstart: National Center for Commuter Safety and Protection Chairperson Elvira Medina backs the 'No vax, no ride' policy in effect in Metro Manila, saying that this policy will protect vaccinated commuters from those who refuse to get vaccinated. She insists the policy is not discriminatory. But she adds government has to address concerns and questions of those hesitant to get vaccinated. She also says there are calls to provide a different mode of transport for people who can't get vaccinated due to health issues.
