Have you ever heard the term weekend warrior? Someone who spends Monday to Friday working week eating fast food, drinking beer, and sitting at their desk all day.
On the weekend they freak out about the dodgy week they’ve just had, and run a 10 kilometre and attempt a bench press PR in the same morning.
And I get it, work can be stressful, and it’s not always easy to stay consistent on your diet and lifting. But ultimately you can’t out-train bad habits, so doing a little bit in the form of fitness most days is ultimately more sustainable and effective.
