What You'll Need:
- 1.25 oz Grey Goose La Poire Vodka
- 1 oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
- Fresh Quebec Peas
- Fresh herbs (Fennel, Thyme, Tarragon - your choice!)
- Cocktail Shaker
- Ice
- Hawthorne & Fine Strainer
- Tall Cocktail Glass
Prep Your Own:
Combine all ingredients into your shaker with ice. Shake for at lease 15 seconds. Double strain into your chilled cocktail glass. Serve with ice. Garnish with your choice of herb. Cheers!
