This is Isolac Aqua by Isomat. It is a water based satin and the beauty of it all is that it is self undercoating. It can go over old solvent or water based surfaces and is flexible and stays white. It can be used for interior or exterior work and has a nice polar white finish. The sheen level is good and looks like a solvent finish. It is of a thick consistency so coveres really well.
