La pate d'amande pour les gâteaux marocains - تحضير عقدة اللوز بطريقة سهلة - Almond paste
Recipe - المقادير

500 g almonds
250 g sugar
4 tbsp of melted butter
1 tbsp of apricot jam
4 tbsp of orange blossom water
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
A pinch of Arabic gum (optional)

500 غرام لوز
غرام سكر250
اربع ملاعق كبيرة من الزبدة المذابة
ملعقة كبيرة من مربى المشمش
اربع ملاعق كبيرة من ماء الزهر
نصف ملعقة صغيرة قرفة
قبصة من المسكة الحرة ( المسكتة)

500 g amandes
250 g de sucre
4 c. à soupe de beurre fondu
1 c. à soupe de confiture d'abricot
4 c. à soupe d'eau de fleur d'orange
1/2 c. à thé de cannelle
Une pincée de gomme Arabique (facultatif)
