WPC decking production line includes the requried wpc machine units for making kinds of WPC deckings from wood powder, recycled HDPE plastic and chemical additive materials.
By different wpc decking moulds tools, the wpc production line can be used to form wpc deckings with different shapes, for example, solid wpc decking, hollow wpc decking, wpc decking with round holes, wpc decking with rectangle holes, etc.
Besides the WPC deckings, the WPC decking production line can be used to produce other WPC profiles by equipped with the related wpc moulds, for example, wpc pillar, wpc fence, wpc board, wpc door frame, wpc beams, wpc pergola profile, etc.

Usually, one WPC decking production line includes the following machines:
1, wpc extruder with conical screw
2, calibration table
3, hauling machine (optional)
4, cutter machine
5, stacker
6, wpc decking moulds or other wpc profile moulds.
Besides these machine, there are some required important auxiliary machines as following:

2, wpc materials compounding machne
3, wpc sanding machine
4, wpc embossing machine
