How Do I Remove My Name off REDS Listing | Misconduct | Disciplinary Hearing | Explained by a South African Labour Lawyer
Being REDS Listed is a very serious matter, as it can affect your career and prevent you from ever working in the financial section again, especially if you were unfairly dismissed. In this video, Aslam explains to seriousness of being REDS Listed and how to challenge it or how to remove your name of REDS Listing. REDS Listing is a database that was established by The Banking Association of South Africa, for employees in the financial sector who have been dismissed for dishonesty. Aslam explains that being REDS Listed blacklists your name, preventing employment in the financial sector. Challenging being REDS Listed is to clear your name through either SAREDS or a CCMA award. If SARED’s does not remove your name after this, you can take it up by going to the hight court.
