Tuesday lunch at Anti-Convention 2023 was a mind-blowing culinary journey, including side by side tasting of American, Australian and Japanese wagyu, Blue Evolution sea vegetables, Lumina lamb from New Zealand, Lady Edison Pork, Verlasso Salmon and lobster tails! Of course there was no shortage of frosty beverages either.
