Kukis kacang Almond
150gr selai kacang
50-80gr gula halus
100gr mentega cair
1/4 sdt garam
100gr roasted almond dice atau almond slice di hancurkan
250gr terigu protein rendah
- Aduk selai kacang, gula halus dan mentega cair serta garam hingga tercampur rata
- Masukkan Almond dice dan terigu, aduk rata
- Ambil adonan 1 sdt setara 8-10gr
- Bulatkan, tata dalam nampan dan diberi jarak
- Cetak dengan cetakan mooncake 20gr
- Panggang dengan oven yang sudah dipanaskan suhu 150C selama 25 menit

Waktu dan suhu di sesuaikan dengan oven masing masing, oven saya Signora De Braun, panggang kue kering cepat matang

100g roasted almond dice or crushed almond slices
250g low protein flour
- Stir the peanut butter, powdered sugar and melted butter and salt until evenly mixed
- Add almond dice and flour, stir well
- Take 1 tsp of mixture, equivalent to 8-10g
- Round it up, arrange it in a tray and space it out
