An FBAR is your Foreign Bank Account Report, also known as FinCEN Form 114. Instead of filing with the IRS, you may submit your FBAR with FinCEN which is the U.S. Treasury Department's Financial Crimes and Enforcement Network. Failing to file could incite heavy penalties against you, so it's always best to stay up to date.
