I think I just found my favorite way to work with Pallet wood. I cut the pallets apart using a Saws-All by slipping a long blade between the slats. I can then use the Diablo Demo Demon to cut the wood to size ignoring the nails. Only problem with this method is you have to watch where you put screws during your project assembly.
