This is probably the simplest method you will find for removing the protective plastic film from new appliances. All that is required is a sharp razor blade and a steady hand. The plastic is very thin and soft, so all that is needed is very slight pressure on the razor blade as you run it along the edges where it is captured under the edges. You can then very easily peel off the plastic without leaving any residue behind. No chemicals, no picks, no rubbing or digging. Give it a try; you'll be glad you found this!
