We took on the Frenchmans Track east to west on our way to the tip. Took about 4 hours all up, wasn't too hard at all, the Pascoe River crossing was definitely the main obstacle. Really rocky entry and exit, and worth walking the river first as to avoid any big transfer case smashing rocks. It was a fun day, the 4.2 GU Patrol and 4.2 79 LandCruiser made a great team and did it no dramas.
