- Bitter gourd - 350g
- Mustard Seeds - ½ tsp
- Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
- Curry leaves
- Medium Onions - 1 (Chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Khasmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Crushed Chilli - ½ tsp
- Garlic - 3 (Chopped)
- Medium Tomatoes - 2 (Sliced)
- Green Chillies - 3
