COOK UNTIL BOIL
ADD MANGO JUICE
¼ TSPN BLACK SALT
¼ TSPN ROASTED CUMIN POWDER
1-2 DROPS GREEN FOOD COLOR
KEEP STIRRING IN LOW FLAME
THICK CONSISTENCY
DROP IN WATER TO CHECK CONSISTENCY
TURNS CRYSTAL
GREASE OIL IN A MOULD
POUR THE MIXTURE
COOL DOWN FOR 5 MIN. & KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MIN.
