HR practitioners looking to play more strategic roles in the industry can look forward to a new career conversion programme by Workforce Singapore. From June, WSG aims to reskill HR professionals in areas such as data analytics, as well as support mid-career workers hoping to get into the profession. More than 80 companies have expressed interest. Senior Minister of State for Manpower Zaqy Mohamad has assured that the ministry will ensure the HR community is well prepared to support their companies.
