A common question, “Is it hard to learn and operate on a MultiCam?”
Learning to operate a CNC router can be intimidating but at MultiCam, we manufacture easy to use and versatile CNC machines, 100% made in the USA. In this video, we will show you how we produced a personal protective equipment (PPE) acrylic barrier from start to the finished part. Our Marketing Manager who has never ran a MultiCam router was able to start cutting in relatively little time. We will cover common operator tasks include turning on/off machine and air pressure, tool replacement, load tool into cradle, calibrate tool, work piece loading and unloading, turn on vacuum, manual vacuum zones, jog the machine, set material surface, use laser pointer to set corner of material and more.
