Salma Nadia Mohd Hilmey, daughter of HeiTech Padu Bhd’s founder, has voluntarily resigned as the group’s managing director and CEO, effective Dec 31, 2024.
Her resignation follows a settlement agreement for mutual separation signed on Dec 23.
Salma Nadia, who assumed the CEO role in April 2024, is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
The company announced the appointment of Hasrul Azuan Mohd Yusof, a former executive vice president at Malayan Banking Bhd, as the new CEO.
His appointment took effect on Dec 23, 2024.
HeiTech Padu’s founder and deputy executive chairman, Datuk Seri Mohd Hilmey Mohd Taib, holds a 17.8 per cent stake in the company.
Other major shareholders include Rosetta Partners Sdn Bhd (22.5 per cent) and MyEG Services Bhd (16.3 per cent).
