Two directors of a used tyre-processing company were slapped with 15 more charges for polluting Sg Kim Kim at the Johor Baru Sessions Court on Monday.
Singaporean Wang Jing Chao, 34, and Yap Yoke Liang, 36, pleaded not guilty after the charges were read before Judge Jailani Rahman.
They were alleged to have committed the offence at P Tech Resources Sdn Bhd in the Tanjung Langsat industrial area on March 12.
On Sunday,Wang and Yap, together with the company’s lorry driver N.Maridass were charged for dumping chemical waste into Sungai Kim Kim and not pleaded guilty to the charges against them.
