This is the absolute fastest method to find a wild Munchlax in Pokemon Legends Arceus. You will find this process very easy!

Munchlax is a very rare spawn in Legends Arceus and I'm guessing you are here because you need to find one for research tasks. After quite a bit of my own personal research I found this to be the fastest and easiest way to get Munchlax to spawn.

Be sure to look at the map location that I showed early in the video. That is extremely important because it shows a zoomed in look at the map so you can see exactly where Munchlax spawns. The one and only spawn location in Obsidian Fieldlands is the best spawn location (better than Alabaster Icelands) because the spawn pool is only Munchlax and Kricketot so you have a better chance of getting Munchlax.

There are two spawn points in this location and most of the time they will be Kricketot but rarely you will get a Munchlax. You can catch the Kricketot or just force them to run away. Then you need to go back to camp which is very close (another one of the reasons I love this location) and you can rest until a different time of day and it will force respawn the two spawn points. Do this over and over until Munchlax appears.

Once you get Munchlax be sure to save the game in case anything goes wrong. Also be sure to use a Stealth Spray so you don't scare it. You need to feed it 20 times and then catch it so you can evolve it one time for all the research tasks. Also remember not to hit Munchlax with the berries they don't like that!
