Array is a high volume industrial 3D printing system, designed to bring 3D printing to the manufacturing floor. Array features 4 Element or Element HT 3D printers, automated bed changing, material handling, and remote file management. Each printer is equipped with a printhead capable of reaching temperatures of up to either 300°C or 500°C, alongside a heated chamber and print beds built to support printing with industrial materials like PEEK, PEKK and Ultem 9085.
Coupling this system with Mosaic Material Pods unlocks printing with up to 32 spools of filament, for unrivalled machine up time. By removing manual user touch points in the printing process Array allows one operator to run the equivalent of approximately 250 3D printers making the dream of high-volume additive manufacturing, a reality.
