He speaks about the importance of implementing the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) and key technical support ITC is providing for this. He considers through implementing the TFA it “will enable border agencies to provide further predictability, transparency, fairness – and most importantly, efficiency – in the trading environment in Afghanistan.”
