A group of orphans rescued from Ukraine landed at Heathrow Airport yesterday as they prepare to start a new life in the UK. The orphans were evacuated from Ukraine as Russia's invasion of the country continues.

The children were transported out of the war-torn country by coach, before taking a flight from Poland to Heathrow. The 52 orphans will all be housed in one town in Scotland.
