This pancake charcuterie board is a fun way to display and serve pancakes. My family loved it so much more (and I think ate more too) than when I just stack them up on a plate for them to grab.
The pancakes charcuterie display felt fancy without actually being super fancy (or difficult).
You could do this same look and make two packages of bacon to fan out around the board, depending on how many bacon lovers will be eating. I think I might have even used less dishes putting it all in one spot!
