8.6.23 | By Usman | ASTORIA, Queens- At around 3:30 AM reports of a car that fell into the water was heard. First Responders from the NYPD and FDNY with their dive teams and Harbor Patrol mounted a search for the car that fell into the East River near Rainey Park, they were reports of a driver in the submerged car. The Car was later discovered at around 5 AM however there was no driver or passengers found. Police are still investigating the incident.
