📊 I like to assess global rotation first then local rotation.
Global rotation helps you see:
Where does the client feel tight
Is one segment (ex: neck) really stiff to one side not the other
Do their feet pronate and supinate symmetrically
📈 Local rotation then helps you gain more information about one specific area like the thoracic spine.
