This video is for anyone recovering from an ankle sprain or injury, or for those just wanting to improve their ankle and foot range of movement.
To perform this exercise, simply draw the alphabet with your foot. It can be either uppercase or lowercase, but try and draw the letters as big as you can. Ensure that you keep the leg still, and focus movement at the foot and ankle.
