Hi everyone, in this The Terrace Kitchen video, we will see a fusion of two distinct food streams i.e. fusion of Indo-Chinese flavors with American Burger. This was an experimental recipe I was trying and it turned out awesome. The best part of this recipe is the sauce. It really brings these two flavors together 😊

INGREDIENTS:
Sauce (सॉस):
• 2 Tsp Oil (तेल)
• ½ Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अद्रक लहसुन पेस्ट)
• ¼ Tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
• 1 Tsp Soy Sauce (सॉय सॉस)
• 1 Tbsp Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर)
• ¼ Tsp Sugar (चीनी)
• Some Spring Onion (हरा प्याज़)
• Salt as per Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
Patty (टिक्की):
• 1 Cup Grated Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी)
• ½ Cup Grated Carrot (गाजर)
• 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अद्रक लहसुन पेस्ट)
• 2 Tbsp Spring Onion (हरा प्याज़)
• ¼ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
• ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
• Salt as per Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
• 2 Tbsp Cornstarch/Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर)
• 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• Oil for Shallow Frying (तेल)
Assembly:
• 4 Burger Buns (बर्गर बन)
• Some Schezwan Chutney (शेज़वान चटनी)
• Some Mayonnaise (मेयोनेज़)
• Some Spring Onion (हरा प्याज़)
