Need to raise your pool's Total Alkalinity without raising the pH level? Leslie's Alkalinity Up is a quick and effective way to raise alkalinity and keep pH levels in check! A low level of Total Alkalinity can be dangerous for your pool and for swimmers. Leslie's Alkalinity Up, which is made of 100% sodium bicarbonate, is the easiest way to keep pH and Total Alkalinity balanced, and makes your pool a safe and clean environment for everyone!

Routine Usage Directions:

1) Add the proper dose of Leslie's Alkalinity Up directly to the water with the circulation equipment on. Pay attention, do not add more than 10 lbs of Leslie's Alkalinity Up per 10,000 gallons at any one time.
2) Wait 4 hours and re-test before adding additional chemical.

Tips:

It is best to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour after adding it to your pool to allow the acid time to mix with the water. After Increasing pH, Alkalinity and Clarifier: It is recommended to wait at least 20 minutes to an hour after adding water balancing chemicals.
