We make a delicious and easy cake with coconout and milk! Tres leches with coconout! It is so delicious dessert!

Ingredients:

For the biscuit:
6 eggs
a pinch of salt
100g of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
130g of flour
100g of coconut flour
5 g of baking powder

For the milk topping:
600 ml of milk
400ml of condensed milk (I use unsweetened, and you can use sweetened as desired)
250 ml of sweet cream

And a little more coconut flour over the cake

I use a 20x30cm mold.
