Tadej Pogacar completed the triple crown with an astonishing triumph in Zurich to claim victory at the 2024 UCI Road World Championships. The Slovenian launched a daring attack 100km from the finishing line and his bravery paid off as his rivals failed to match his pace. But afterwards, Pogacar said the move was "stupid", admitting "I don't know what I was thinking".
