Boulder Shoulders are achieved with intense, varied exercises working all parts of the shoulders. Here, 25 year old London-based PT and bodybuilder Michael Kowalski demonstrates his shoulder training, with Giant Sets, a non-stop sequence of five exercises carried out with no rest periods. Each set of five is repeated four times, giving a relatively quick but intense shoulder workout that also keeps the heart rate up, thereby burning fat as well. Huge round shoulders are the mark of any great physique, providing a strong fame, and width that emphasises the tapering of the back down to the waist.
