Fatigue values in Training Peaks are always higher than whats available in Strava Fitness comparison.
Having so many different fitness apps with so many “custom” parameters to track down the same thing can be daunting.
In the end, its just reflection based on the data, which means something behind the lines🤞🏻Do you even try to understand what it means?
