Such an amazing raw food recipe! And if you're staying low fat on a regular basis, it can be incorporated into an 811 diet easily, especially if the amounts listed are split between 2 people (or consumed over multiple meals. Tori and I are doing both! It's extremely rich stuff!). Recipe:
5 tomatoes
2 avocados
meat of 1 sugar pumpkin
2 cloves garlic
juice of one lemon.
Put all that in the vitamix. Then mix in 4-6 cups diced broccoli. Perfection!!!
