Huber’s Orchard, Winery & Vineyards in beautiful Starlight, Indiana. We are proud to be producing brandies much like our ancestors did during the early 1800’s.

Distilled on Huber’s Farm Borden, Indian, appropriately named after the Grandfather of 6th generation co-owners Greg & Ted Huber,

Only 80 bottles were available.

Price: $70

Mashbill: I believe it’s the same Mashbill as their signature Bourbon Whiskey; 58% corn, 27% rye, and 15% malted barley

Cask: after a minimum of four years of aging in new chard American Oak barrels this bourbon is then finished in Ex-bourbon barrels aged with fresh honey from the farm.

Age: 4 years
