This is a 45 minute 'wrist free' vinyasa flow class. A flow that does not include any weight bearing on the hands (no downward dog or push ups).
A slow, dynamic flow that begins reclined with hip openers & twists, flows through some light core work and then two standing sequences that include balances and warriors. A final short burst of core, camel variation, Dolphin and forearm plank before resting in Shavasana.
