"The Chronicles of Ravenfolk" is a Gothic Alternative Metal story
across a grimdark medieval world ravaged by a Lovecraftian disease
by ravens and crows. These birds, tainted by forbidden arcane magic,
spread a cosmic plague that warps the body and the sanity and turns
living beings into Ravenfolk (Corvid abominations).
From the patient zero to the biblically apocalyptic climax, each track and narrative interlude explore different stages and aspects of the disease.
With a narrative style inspired by Darkest Dungeon, this album combines
haunting lyrics, intense melodic metal and evocative narration
to create an immersive auditory storytelling experience.
