New Delhi, June 08 (ANI): The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) workers on Monday held a protest outside Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence over non-payment of salaries. Meanwhile, protest is also being held by NRHM and RCH contractual employees, who are demanding regularisation of jobs. Reportedly, Kejriwal along with senior civic body officials is likely to hold a meeting to discuss the issue. Kejriwal and Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia had met representatives of employees' unions of the North, East and South Municipal Corporations of Delhi (MCD) last month. Kejriwal had reportedly informed the delegation that the Delhi government has paid its part of the amount to the corporations and the central government was yet to pay Rs 600 crore to the civic corporations.
