ABOUT THIS VIDEO -----
Nohkalikai Falls is the tallest plunge waterfall in India. Its height is 340 meters. The waterfall is located in the Indian state of Meghalaya, near Cherrapunji, one of the wettest places on Earth. This is one of the main tourist attractions of Cherrapunji. The problem while visiting this place is that it is usually covered with the famous clouds of Cherrapunji so you might not get to see it when you visit during winter season. So you wait for maybe 3-4 hours and if you are fortunate enough then the clouds might be driven away by the wind and you will get to see this spectacular beauty. There is a legend about this fall written on a board at the spot. Do give it a read if you are interested in legends. And coming to the falls, the trek is quite interesting and challenging when you reach the bottom. A wonderful place, must visit once in a life.
