1 konzerva kondeziranog mlijeka 397g.
50 g maslaca ili margarina
75 g mljevenih blanširanih badema
75 g kokosa
- Zagrijati kondenzirano mlijeko i maslac i na laganoj vatri uz stalno miješanje kuhati 15 min da se zgusne.
Dodati mljevene bademe i kokos.
Ja sam bademe kratko i tostirala da bude bogatiji okus, a kokos dodatno usitnila u sjecku.
Ohladiti smjesu, oblikovati kuglice, svaku valjati u kokos, ohladiti i uživati.
Ja bih ovdje svakako umjesto maslaca koristila margarin i to onaj za kreme sa okusom slatkog vrhnja jer mu je okus neutralan u dozvolit će kokosu u bademu da budu u prvom planu. Također u svaku kuglicu možete utisnuti badem.
I naravno da nije prvi a nikako zadnji recept ovog naziva - obožavam svaku varijantu i uvijek iznova me kupe recepti koji obećavaju taj okus… pravog pravcatog… raffaella!

1 can of condensed milk 397g.
50 g of butter or margarine
75 g of ground blanched almonds
75 g of coconut
- Heat the condensed milk and butter and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Add ground almonds and coconut.
I toasted the almonds briefly to make them taste richer, and further chopped the coconut.
Cool the mixture, form balls, roll each in coconut, cool and enjoy.
I would definitely use margarine here instead of butter, and that for creams with a sweet cream flavor, because its taste is neutral and will allow the coconut in the almonds to be in the foreground.
You can also press an almond into each ball.
And of course it is not the first and by no means the last recipe of this name - I love every variant and I am always bought by recipes that promise that taste... the real s... raffaello! .
