Hi friends, today I am making a Persian street food dish called Jaghoor Baghoor (جغور بغور) that can be considered comfort food. My mother would make it with one special ingredient added, and all my brothers and sisters loved it. It is a very old fashion dish and it is made with lamb organ meat (offal)”, which is not everyone's favorite, but it has become quite popular recently and is even served in some restaurants, which was certainly not the case when I was growing up.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kilogram Lamb Liver
- 1 Lamb Heart
- 2 Lamb Kidney
- 2 Onion

- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper (Cayenne Pepper)
