This tutorial is intended for Pilates students to assist in piecing together exercises when creating a program for the Beginner client. Learn a basic series of Spinal Articulation with Bridging to help strengthen the hips and hamstrings for those who have a lack of pelvic stability; and promote elongation and stretching of the spine for those with tight upper and lower backs. The student will observe what the objective is, what the muscle focus is, what to watch for from the client and ways to cue their client. Recommended springs is 2R and 1B on a Balanced Body reformer.
